Vietnam Visa On Arrival

There are 4 main categories of Tourist Vietnam visa on arrival:

+ Vietnam Visa On Arrival 1 month single entry

+ Vietnam Visa On Arrival 1 month multiple entry

+ Vietnam Visa On Arrival 3 month single entry

+ Vietnam Visa On Arrival 3 month multiple entry

They are available for nationals of 120+ countries in the world.

Inclusion: The Approval Letter.

Exclusion: The Stamping Fee as below details:

Single-entry visas: 25 USD

Multiple-entry visas: 

+ Valid up to 03 month: 50 USD

+ Valid more than 03 months up to 06 months: 95 USD

+ Valid more than 06 months up to 12 months: 135 USD

Urgent processing available with surcharge:

+ Urgent within 24 hours (working day only)

+ Urgent within 4 hours (working time only)

+ Urgent within 2 hours (working time only)

Documents required

We only need below information:

+ Full name as per passport

+ Gender as per passport

+ Nationality as per passport

+ Port of arrival

+ Date of arrival

+ Which visa on arrival category you would like to apply (select 1 among 4 categories mentioned above)

Vietnam Visa Extension

If your Vietnam Visa is "DL" (tourist), we can help you:

+ Extend resident permit by 1 month

+ Extend resident permit by 3 month

+ Renew tourist visa 1 month multiple

+ Renew tourist visa 3 month multiple

Documents required:

+ Your passport, original hard copy, together visa inside

+ Temporary resident registration: photo. If you don't have "temporary resident registration": We still process, with surcharge.

If your Vietnam Visa is "DN" (business), we can help you:

+ Extend resident permit by 1 month

+ Extend resident permit by 3 month

+ Renew business visa 1 month multiple

(Guide of application for new work permit) (Based on Decree No.11/2016/ND-CP)

I. Hồ sơ đầy đủ / Full check-list:

1. Mẫu số 1 + mẫu số 7 / Form no.1 + Form no.7

2. Khám sức khỏe có giá trị 12 tháng (1 trong 2) / Health check-up valid for 12 months (choose one):

• Khám sức khỏe nước ngoài (Hợp pháp hóa Lãnh Sự) / Health check-up abroad (with Consular notarization)

• Khám sức khỏe Việt Nam (Danh sách bệnh viện) / Health check-up in Viet Nam (list of approved hospitals)

3. Passport bản sao công chứng / Passport notarized copy

4. 2 hình 4x6 (nền trắng, không đeo kính) / 2 photos 4x6 (white background, no glasses)

5. Photo giấy phép công ty / Photo of business licence

6. Lý lịch tư pháp có giá trị 6 tháng (1 trong 2) / Criminal Record valid for 6 months (choose one):

• Lý lịch tư pháp nước ngoài - nếu khách nhập cảnh Việt Nam lần đầu (hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự) / Criminal Record abroad - if this is the first entry in Vietnam (with consular notarization)

• Lý lịch tư pháp Việt Nam - nếu khách đã nhập cảnh Việt Nam nhiều lần trong 6 tháng gần nhất / Criminal Record in Viet Nam - if applicant has entered Vietnam many times within 6 recent months

7. Giấy tờ theo chức vụ / Documents according to position (***):

a) Nhóm quản lý / Manager:

• Xác nhận kinh nghiệm quản lý tại nước ngoài: Hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự / Certificate of managing experience at foreign country: With consular notarization

b) Nhóm chuyên gia / Expert:

• Bằng đại học chuyên ngành: Hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự / Diploma involving in works: With consular notarization

• Xác nhận kinh nghiệm 3 năm chuyên ngành tại nước ngoài: Hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự / Certificate of working experience of 3 years as a professional at foreign country: With consular notarization)

II. Trường hợp thiếu các hồ sơ sau đây thì vẫn làm được nhưng sẽ thêm phí / In case you don't have below documents, we still process but with surcharge:

Giấy tờ theo chức vụ / Documents according to position (***):

a) Nhóm quản lý / Manager:

• Xác nhận kinh nghiệm quản lý tại nước ngoài: Hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự / Certificate of managing experience at foreign country: With consular notarization

7. Giấy phép lao động (bản gốc) / Work permit original hard copy

8. Visa nhập cảnh loại thương mại hoặc thẻ tạm trú cũ / Business visa or the old TRC

Làm cho vợ/chồng / Apply for spouse:

1. Giấy đăng ký kết hôn đã hợp pháp hoá lãnh sự / Marriage certificate with consular notarization

2. Passport gốc của vợ/chồng / Passport of spouse

3. Hai tấm hình 3x4 của vợ/chồng / Two photos 3x4 of spouse
4. Xác nhận tạm trú tại địa phương photo / Photo of record of temporary stay at local address

Làm cho con / Apply for children:

1. Giấy khai sinh của con đã hợp pháp hoá lãnh sự / Birth certificate with consular notarization

2. Passport gốc của con / Passport of children

3. Hai tấm hình 3x4 của con / Two photos 3x4 of children
3. Xác nhận tạm trú tại địa phương photo / Photo of record of temporary stay at local address
